The unit flew out of McChord AFB, Washington shortly before midnight on February 18th on a C-17. Straight from Washington to Rein Mien AFB, Frankfurt. Had an in air refueling over the Atlantic. Got to Frankfurt around 10pm local time on the 19th. After refueling we were back on board and heading to Kuwait. I had my GPS with me and kept sticking it in the window as we flew. We ended up flying directly over Habur Gate, the camp we are supposed to be at on the boarder. Frigging mountains and snow. Can't believe I am getting sent to Iraq and I need extreme cold weather gear. We got into Kuwait around 9am local on the 20th.

Folks get settled in for take off. Flash didnt work so ended up a bit blurry.
